Canterbury Christmas Market

The Canterbury Christmas market is back on on Thur 19th November right up until the 23rd of December located at the Whitefriars Shopping Centre.

As a Native German who has adopted Canterbury as her home town, I love it when the German Market comes to town. I often find myself popping down there for a taste of my childhood and lunch on the fantastic bratwurst that they serve up there, and if I am not driving I may indugle in a glass of the fatnatic heart warming Gluwein - hmmmmmmm.

I also take the opportunity to stock up on fanastic German gifts for Christmas as well as lovely treats for my Chritsmas chocolate platter, with things such as Lebkuchen or Stollen.
