Abode Luxury Hotel in Canterbury - Stay in style in the Centre of the CityI like to call this the Abode luxury hotel. If you are looking for a hotel with modern style and a luxury feel, set in an historic building, then this is the place for you. 
Located in the centre of the city and with the names of their rooms ranging from Comfortable, through Desirable and Envious, up to Fabulous, you can begin to get an idea of the type of experience they are offering.
For friends of mine that prefer the finer things in life, this is the hotel to which I would recommend them. This is really a hotel for those that love to stay in style and have everything on their doorstep. Staying in the centre of a city like Canterbury is a special treat, and Abode has that extra 'Je ne sais quoi' the makes a difference. It also means that I can meet my friends at their hotel for a quiet drink in the Champagne bar, before strolling into the city for dinner; perfect! If this sounds like the hotel for you, then you will be prepared to pay that little extra for the style and luxury. Prices start at around £80 a night (although special offers are available - do check with the hotel). As the Abode also has a top of the range restaurant, my friends and I could just as easily choose to stroll from the hotel bar into the Michael Caines restaurant and sample the excellent cuisine.
