No 7 Longport Canterbury

No 7 Longport Canterbury is a beautiful Bed and Breakfast set in a romantic location just 5 minutes walk from the centre of the city. Set in a one bedroom cottage away from the owner's beautiful 18th Century home, you really do feel as if you are tucked away from it all.

No 7 Longport B&B Canterbury

The cottage which dates back to the 15th Century has its own bedroom, wetroom, and a private sitting room complete with a wood burner for those romantic evenings, (see right). The cottage is fully equiped with WiFi and DVD player if you fancy staying in.

If I am really honest this is one of my favourite Bed and Breakfasts. You are tucked away in the back of the garden in your own little haven.

The bedroom sleeps 2 people and prices range from £60 to £92 per night, depending on occupancy and the time of year. I think it's real value for money.

The sitting room also has a sofa bed so there is space for children should you wish to bring them along but I would say leave them at home with the grandparents and enjoy your romantic getaway at this wonderful Bed and Breakfast.

All the food is locally sourced, where possible from local farmers' markets or butchers' so you can have local sausages and bacon for breakfast. In the summer time you can have the owner's homemade lemon squash if it takes your fancy.

This really is a place where attention to detail really shows, from the quality of the room down to the food served, you will not be disappointed.
